I had a challenging job in a very confined space - others with the same issue in my unit block had to cut into the ceiling however Samuel was able to get it done with no issue. I had an emergency Saturday morning and Sam picked up straight away. He tried to troubleshoot over the phone but when we realised he would have to come out, he was there within a few hours and got it fixed quickly. He had great advice and also took photos in case I needed them for an insurance claim later on. Very reliable and friendly, would highly recommend.

Samuel greatly impressed me with his timely, professional and courteous service when he installed my new kitchen pull out sink mixer tap. Samuel confirmed his arrival time in advance and arrived on time. He took great care with protecting our kitchen stone bench and sink. Samuel answered all my questions and took great care to ensure that the installation was correctly carried out and also invited me to contact him should I have any concerns at all. Furthermore, Samuel took particular care to ensure that he left the work area neat and tidy.

In conclusion, I found it refreshing to deal with such a great, talented and customer service focused tradesperson.

For us to leave a review, particularly a 5 star is rare. I have never experienced the level of courtesy, work ethic and punctuality from anyone in a service industry before. He even kept digging while my wife was talking to him (A feat I have been unable to accomplish in 30 years). If you are looking for a cost-effective professional job, then based on our experience, you should seriously consider Samuel and GPS Plumbing.

Big shout-out to Samuel from GPS Plumbing. Rang with an emergency leak, and Samuel was able to come the same day and promptly solve the issue and attend to some other minor long overdue fixes. Really impressed with the service and have no hesitation in recommending.

Samuel did a great job with communication of the issue (even showed us a video of under the house because we couldn’t go look ourselves). He was friendly, professional and found the problem on the first try despite multiple other plumbers previously not finding the problem. Turned up on time, got the job done and charged a fair price. Just had Sam come out again for a tricky drainage issue. As previously, quick, efficient, job done. You can't go wrong with GPS plumbing.

Samuel responded to my message straight away. He was extremely punctual, knowledgeable and polite. He completed my job of a broken hot water system on the spot tracking down a new system, picking it up and installing it all in a couple of hours. 2 hours later my son is enjoying a hot shower 🙌🏼 I will use Samuel again if needed and I highly recommend him for any plumbing job.

Cannot recommend Samuel highly enough. He has done a number of jobs at our place and is always responsive, hardworking and gives great practical advice. He is also a great chap.

You never appreciate how important water is in your home until it goes wrong - whether it’s a problem getting clean water in, or wastewater out. Our wastewater line suffered a blockage and backed up, causing quite a mess.
Samuel scheduled our job for the next day, attended on time, inspected the pipe to locate and clear the blockages, and also sorted out a faulty relief valve on our hot water system. All sorted within a couple of hours - no muss, no fuss. Samuel also gave a lot of good advice on preventative maintenance options to try and reduce the chances of problems down the track.
